Cancellation Policy

I am committed to helping as many women as possible and hope you understand that in order to do this there must be a cancellation policy in operation. I respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand that mine is too.

 

If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means I am unable to re-use that time to support other clients. If you know that you are going to be unable to attend an appointment that you have booked I would appreciate you giving me as much notice as possible.

 

I am quite happy to cancel and reschedule any appointments at any time, without any penalty or administration fees, up to 2 working days before your consultation.

 

In the event that I receive less than 2 working days’ notice of cancellation this will incur a 100% cancellation levy, as I am unlikely to be able to help other clients with such short notice.
