Taking a holistic and compassionate approach, I provide expert guidance on both hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options, supporting women through perimenopause and menopause by helping you explore all available tools to manage your symptoms in a way that suits your unique needs and lifestyle.

I take the time to understand your individual symptoms and preferences, looking at physical, emotional and sexual health, including vaginal problems during menopause, as well as looking at ways to improve sleep and help you feel like you again.

I am here to empower you to make informed decisions and feel supported throughout your journey.

I book my appointments using the WriteUpp service, a secure NHS approved and GDPR compliant medical documentation system, which is where you will be sent if you click the 'Book Now' button below.

GP letter between appointments     £30

Please note:

While I await CQC registration and am currently unable to prescribe HRT directly, I can still support you fully.

We’ll discuss your symptoms in depth and develop a comprehensive plan. If HRT is suitable, I can write to your GP with clear recommendations and continue to support you through follow-up appointments and ongoing guidance.

Please note: the clinic cannot accommodate any women with post-menopausal bleeding.

If you experience bleeding (even spotting) after one year without natural periods, this is called post-menopausal bleeding (PMB). PMB needs to be investigated promptly by your GP or gynaecologist. Once bleeding is resolved, I can give you further menopause advice.
